Hauling an ATV to a shop is a hassle; it’s costly and probably unnecessary. The cost of the parts and supplies is relatively inexpensive compared to the shop labor. Wouldn't it be nice if you could do it yourself with confidence just like the pro’s do? This DVD covers procedures that will need to be done frequently while you own your ATV. You would pay a shop around $500 in labor to do the work covered in the DVD. We’ll show you how to do it yourself for a fraction of the service charge. You will learn a lot and save a lot of money by purchasing both DVD’s.

We’ll show you how to maintain your ATV in your garage with minimal special tools. The mechanic speaks slowly so you can watch the video and take notes if you like. Unlike most maintenance videos that focus on the actor, this video is shot at close range so you can see the details. You can see each part through disassembly and reassembly. No steps are skipped.

What you’ll get:
A detailed video performed by a certified mechanic. The concepts that we demonstrate are the same on all bikes. There may be small differences between the bike we’re using and your bike. For example, the plastic may be attached differently on your bike than the one in the video. When there is a major difference between concepts, we’ll describe both methods. Please refer to your service manual for specifications.

DVD sectioned into chapters so you can find information quickly
Remove and charge the battery
- Check the charging system
Remove and clean the air filter
Change the oil and oil filter
Check and adjust the valves
- (Note: 4 strokes only. For screw type adjuster valves only – not shim type)
Change the differential oil
Check the brake pads
Fill the brake oil reservoirs
Lube the cables
Clean the carburetor bowl, jets and fuel screw ports
Inspect and replace the spark plug
Inflate the tires

People learn faster from and instructional DVD than from reading a repair manual.
You’ll be more confident of doing the task after watching a professional than you would be after reading the service / repair manual.
Service / repair manuals don’t show you how to make your own tools. Some of our instructional
DVD’s show you how to make inexpensive tools.
Service / repair manuals don’t go into the same detail as found in the DVD.
The DVD applies to more types of products than the service / repair manual covers.
You can preview the level of effort required to do the job before you start. This is difficult to assess with the service / repair manual.
The service / repair manual generally shows one way to do the task. When applicable, the DVD will show several ways.
Sometimes the service / repair manual recommends removing parts (Radiators / carburetors) that aren’t necessary to be removed to do the procedure correctly.
The service / repair manual doesn’t describe how the parts operate. The DVD describes how some parts operate.
We recommend using the repair or service manual as a reference for specifications.
However, there’s nothing better than watching someone do the procedure.
The repair manual just isn’t as good as a video when it comes to showing and describing a process.
